6/30/2004. As from now, 6/30/2004 11.30pm, Taipei time, it's still missing 30% of all reviews I should receive from Program Committee members. Due to this, I should postpone the deadline for announcement of approved papers to July 5th, 2004. I really hope that these 30% of reviews reach to my mailbox before July 4th, 2004. Sorry for all authors !!
6/28/2004. As from now, 6/28/2004 2pm, Taipei time, I received only HALF of all reviews from Program Committee members. I will do my best to announce APPROVED papers on 7/1/2004. If this situation persists until 6/30/2004, I will ask to postpone the notification of acceptance again.
6/12/2004. I did not receive all reviews at the present date. Several Program Committee members wrote me to extend the data for notification. Thus, the deadline is postponed for 2 weeks, to July 1st, 2004.
